| The History of Au Contraire
|
One day in a far away land Pierre Dubeaumont and Fagema Hakensbury had a vision to start the greatest rock band of all time so they gathered some of the best musicians from all the four corners of the Earth. A great Sitar player form India who goes by the name of "Question". A mind blowing Bass player form the tough streets of San Diego, named "Black Willie". A young wide eyed kid from Nebraska who plays a mean guitar, "Chip". A progressive keyboardist from the Shipyards of Northern Ireland, "Robards". After a few gigs at local high school dances the progressive sounds weren't what the kids liked. So in comes Jack Hansen, with his soulfull voice and good looks, the band started to make a name for themselves on the local bar scene. Now it's 2001, Au Contraire has released it's first studio album, with no success at all, which caused a falling out between Pierre and Robards, Both of them saying they will never play music with each other ever again. Now a cleaner and sober Au Contraire has plans to record a new album, and to go on tour in June.
